Debug output - If you're logged into Jack, and your user role is an Administrator, then it's possible you've encountered something looking like this: {screenshot} Don't worry, only you are able to see this.
Disabling rows (without deleting them) - There might be an occasion where you would like to (temporarily) hide a row or page from showing up in your site, without actually deleting it from the database. We can tie your IP address to your account to make it easier for you to "log in":en/article/logging-in. You can look up your IP address via our "IP look up tool":http://alsjeblaft.co/ip/. Make sure you're on the network you'll be using to work on your site (no point in having the library's IP address on file ;) ).

Logging in - There are multiple ways to log in to Jack. If your "IP address":en/article/ip-address is tied to your account, you'll see a little eight ball icon on the bottom left of your website. Clicking this icon will take you to the login screen. {img:articles/7_2} Or, you can go directly to the login screen by adding */jack* to your domain name. For example, if your domain name is acme.com, Jack can be reached by going to "acme.com/jack":http://acme.com/jack. {img:articles/7_1} After you log in, you will be taken to "the dashboard":en/article/the-dashboard. If you can't log in because you don't know your password, you can "reset your password":en/article/resetting-your-password.

Pinning rows to the top - In some instances it's possible to pin certain rows to the top. Say, for example, you have a portfolio sorted by date, but there's a few items you would like to have pinned at the top of the page. Resetting your password - Nothing can be more frustrating than forgetting your password and not being able to log in. Fortunately, it's not hard to change your password. Textile{"en":"Markdown","nl":"Markdown"} - Textile is a lightweight markup language originally developed by Dean Allen and billed as a "humane web text generator". We have chosen Textile as the preferred way of __marking up__ content - in lieu of the traditional WYSIWYG editor - because of many advantages (it's clean, portable, lightweight, readable). While at first it might seem a little daunting, once you spend a little time with it it's actually very intuitive. Resetting your password

Nothing can be more frustrating than forgetting your password and not being able to log in. Fortunately, it’s not hard to change your password.

First, go to the login screen. Under the password field you’ll find a link that says “Forgot your password?”. Click on that link.

The next page tells you to fill in either your username, or your e-mail address. If you can’t remember your username or e-mail address tied to your account, please contact us.
